Kalmon Dolgin Leases 20,000SF in Brooklyn

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates arranged two leases totaling 20,000 square feet at 300 Meserole Street in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y. for Heat Makes Sense Inc. and FJ International Ltd. Heat Makes Sense Inc., a beauty product wholesaler specializing in products from the Dead Sea, inked a 10,000-square-foot  third-floor lease in a relocation and expansion from Williamsburg. Kalmon Dolgin represented the owner, Hoffman & Sons Realty Inc., and the tenant in the transaction. FJ International Ltd., a packing, shipping and installation provider of fine art, secured a 10,000-square-foot space on the ground floor, also in a relocation from Williamsburg. Situated between Waterbury and Bogart Streets, 300 Meserole Street 3-story, 47,000-square-foot warehouse is minutes away from the Williamsburg Bridge, and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and originally built in 1952, the property is currently undergoing a $1.1 billion condominium conversion.
Macquarie Expands NYC Lease to 260,000 SF
Macquarie Group, an international provider of banking, financial, advisory and investment services, has renewed and expanded its leased space at 125 West 55th St. in Manhattan. The firm currently occupies 100,000 square feet, and will expand its occupied space to 260,000 square feet under the expansion.
