Vitale Caturano Leases 22,000SF in Charlestown

Vitale Caturano has leased an additional 22,000 square feet of space at 80 City Square in Charlestown, Mass., the company said today. With this expansion, the firm now occupies a total of 91,000 square feet on four floors of the building. Build-out of the new space is now underway, with completion expected in August. Vitale Caturano negotiated the lease directly with Stahl/Gateway I Development L.L.C., which owns the four-story building located directly on Boston's Freedom Trail.

The deal is a coup for Connecticut, as well as its neighbors, as it marks the largest multi-tenant office transaction in the suburban New York Tri-State area so far this year.
