KBS Takes Rivertech Park in Boston Submarket

KBS REIT has announced the acquisition of Rivertech Park in Billerica, Mass. KBS acquired the 286,000-square-foot property for $45 million, or $158 per square foot. The property consists of twin buildings, fully leased.
