Friedman Real Estate Negotiates Office Lease in Troy, Michigan

Friedman Real Estate Group Inc. negotiated the lease of 5,299 square feet of office space located at 525 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Mich. The landlord, Shouneyia Properties L.L.C., leased the space to Loancraft L.L.C.   Friedman Real Estate represented the landlord, and Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the transaction.
