Sports Product Retailer Triples Warehouse with 207,000SF Lease
July 18, 2008

Driven to expand its operations due to increasing demand, Dreams Retail Inc. has leased the industrial building at 725 Landwehr in Northbrook, about 25 miles from Chicago, Ill. The 207,000-square-foot structure, originally developed 24 years ago to serve as the headquarters for Crate & Barrel, leaves the internet and retail store sports memorabilia company with over triple the amount of warehouse space it had at its former locale approximately 10 miles away in Niles. Included in the structure is a 56,000-square-foot office segment. Dreams Retail signed the lease at 725 Landwehr with ProLogis, which was represented by Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.
