AHP Sells Michigan Retail Property

Friedman Real Estate Group Inc. negotiated the sale of 12,300 square feet of retail space located at 1351 Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township, Michigan. The seller, AHP Properties L.L.C., sold the property to Gallery College of Beauty L.L.C.  Donny Tocco of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
