Cape Horn Group Buys Chicago Office Building

KBS Realty Advisors has sold 205 W. Wacker, an office building located at the corner of W. Wacker Drive and Wells Street in Chicago's Central Loop business district. The 25-story building was renovated in the 1980s and contains 263,650 square feet of Class A office space and two additional basement levels offering storage and a 60-car indoor valet parking garage. Onsite amenities include a two-story penthouse, restaurant, gift shop, dental office and travel agency. The CBRE Investment team led by Michael Vesper represented KBS in the transaction. The buyer was Cape Horn Group. The building is 93 percent leased to 68 tenants.
