Summit Design + Build Completes Vue Condominiums in Chicago

Summit Design + Build L.L.C. completed the new Vue Condominiums located at 3505 N. Ashland Avenue in Chicago, Ill.  McHugh Development & Construction is the owner/developer of the project. Vue Condominiums is a 45,500-square-foot, 22-unit development situated in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.  The building features floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, penthouse roof decks, heated parking, an elevator and 4,500 square feet of first floor retail space.
