Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors Takes Silver Spring Properties

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors L.L.C. has acquired TecHill I & II in the Washington, D.C., suburb of Silver Spring, Md., on behalf of a private investor participating in the Grubb & Ellis Wealth Management program, it has announced. Completed in 2000 and 2002, TecHill I & II has two class A suburban office buildings, each offering 71,500 square feet of rentable space, totaling nearly 143,000 on 7.4 acres of land. The three-story buildings are 100 percent leased to two major tenants, 3M Health Information Systems Inc. and Children’s Hospital.
