O'Neill Breaks Ground on Largest-Ever Green Office in Suburban Philly

O'Neill Properties Group has broken ground on Horizon Corporate Center, the largest green development in the history of the suburban Philadelphia office market. The 1.2 million-square-foot Horizon Corporate Center will be comprised of six new Class A office buildings, all to be developed according to United States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) designated standards. O'Neill will begin construction on Horizon II, a 200,000-square-foot office building, the first of six at Horizon Corporate Center. The construction of Horizon II represents the second of O'Neill's five planed phases of development, following on the heels of Horizon I, a 128,000-square-foot Class A office building that is 100 percent leased.
