Representing the landlord and a majority of tenants, Binswanger leased 3,665 square feet to Robert H. Wise Management Inc., 3,006 square feet to Opportunities Industrialization Centers International Inc., 2,032 square feet to Hurley, Francis & Associates and 600 square feet to Community Voter Project. Located at the southwest corner of 15th and Walnut streets, the property provides access to a vast commuter rail system including the Market-Frankford Line, the Broad Street Subway, the Regional Rail system and the PATCO Hi-Speedline.
