Binswanger Executes 4 Leases in Philadelphia

On behalf of 1500 Walnut Enterprises L.L.C., Binswanger executed four leases totaling 9,303 square feet at 1500 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, Pa. The 325,000-square-foot 22-story twin tower office building features a parking garage with 160 spaces. Representing the landlord and a majority of tenants, Binswanger leased 3,665 square feet to Robert H. Wise Management Inc., 3,006 square feet to Opportunities Industrialization Centers International Inc.,  2,032 square feet to Hurley, Francis & Associates and 600 square feet to Community Voter Project. Located at the southwest corner of 15th and Walnut streets, the property provides access to a vast commuter rail system including the Market-Frankford Line, the Broad Street Subway, the Regional Rail system and the PATCO Hi-Speedline.
