Foxwoods Casino Siting Change Proposed

Philadelphia Entertainment and Development Partners, a joint venture between Foxwoods Development Company L.L.C. and a group of investors operating as Washington Philadelphia Investors L.P., has announced a proposal to relocate its gaming facility from the Philadelphia waterfront. The new location desired is the Gallery at Market East, between 10th and 11th streets on Market Street.
