Healthcare Data Firm Takes 45,000SF Office Building

After having sublet part of the office building at 2700 Horizon Drive in King of Prussia for the last four years, Health Market Science Inc. has made a move to expand its occupancy to the entire 45,000 square-foot property. The healthcare reference data provider just signed a long-term lease with Liberty Property Trust, a move that nearly doubles the size of the space in which HMS has been making its home.
