Having signed a lease with Philadelphia Liberty Place L.P., owner of One Liberty Place at 1650 Market St. in Philadelphia, Parente Randolph L.L.C. has made the move to its new 50,000-square-foot headquarters in the 1.2 million-square-foot Class A office high-rise. Parente Randolph's recent growth spurt--34 new employees were hired in 2006 and 50 more came onboard in 2007--spurred its decision to find larger digs in the city that has been its base for the last four years. The accounting and consulting firm is now making its home on the 44th and 45th floors of the 61-story structure. In building out its space, Parente Randolph opted to go green, reusing 100 percent of the existing wood millwork, and replacing dark smoked glass with clear frosted glass to allow for more natural lighting.
