Washington Property Leases Spave in Suburban Maryland

Washington Property Co. has reached the 100 percent leased mark at two of its commercial office buildings in suburban Maryland.  Lockheed Martin expanded its lease at 4 Research Place, a three-story, 81,866-square-foot property located on I-270 in Rockville, M.D. by 2,752 square feet bringing the company’s total square footage to 38,251.  Jones Lang LaSalle represented Lockheed Martin, and Washington Property represented the landlord.  At Patriot East in Greenbelt, JMAT Systems L.L.C. signed a lease for 2,806 square feet bringing that class A property to 100 percent leased. Avalar Realty represented the tenant and Edge Commercial L.L.C. represented the landlord.
