Eaton Vance Funds Grab Two-Building Suburban D.C. Office Complex for $95M
Aug 8, 2008

A two-building office property occupied by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Owings Mills, Md., has been sold to two owners. But the two funds are both managed by Eaton Vance Management's real estate investment group. Each acquired one of the 390,000-square-foot complex's structures from General Growth Properties Inc. Located at 10455 and 10453 Mill Run Circle, the office complex sits just a stone's throw from I-795 and less than an hour from Washington, D.C. Both buildings are 100 percent leased to the healthcare insurer under a long-term agreement.
