Major Lease Renewed at Argon Plaza in Virginia

Argon ST has renewed its lease of 165,000 square feet at Argon Plaza in Fairfax, Va. This was the largest renewal deal in Northern Virginia during the second quarter of 2008, according to Brian Connolly, Jr. and Robert VeShancey of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., who represented the building’s owner, Shorenstein Properties. Tom Rogers and Charles Dilks of Grubb and Ellis Inc. represented Argon ST. Argon Plaza, at 12701 Fair Lakes Circle in Fairfax, is a Class A, 227,000-square-foot building.
