Binswanger Negotiates Lease for Material Concepts iin Philadelphia

Binswanger said today that Material Concepts Inc. has leased the 48,000-square-foot office and warehouse building at 11621 Caroline Road in Philadelphia, Pa. Lease terms were not disclosed. The company completed the move of 20 employees and its equipment in May and is now fully operational at the new location on Caroline Road.

Duke Realty Corp. has completed the sale of a 16-acre parcel in its Mark Center business park in Alexandria, Va., to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which will develop the land as a two-building office complex that will house 6,400 Department of Defense employees. The sale price was $105 million.
