Shopping Center Site in Greensboro, N.C., on Block

Hedgecock Builders Supply Co. of Greensboro, N.C., has put the former Hedgecock Builders Supply Co. site at Market Street and Guilford College Road on the block, it has announced. The property consists of 37 ares, which will be offered in two parcels and as a whole. This property represents one of the largest shopping center development sites in western Greensboro. Iron Horse Auction Co.. of Rockingham, N.C., has been commissioned to conduct the offering. The bids will be received until Wednesday, June 4th at 2pm.
