The Rezidor Hotel Group Announces 2 Hotels in Paris

The Rezidor Hotel Group continues to expand its portfolio in Paris and introduces two new Radisson properties. The 296-room Radisson Ambassador Hotel, Paris Opéra,  formerly known as the Hotel Ambassador will hoist the Radisson flag as of December 2008. And in 2011, the group will open the new-build Radisson Hotel Paris La Défense featuring 343 rooms. The Radisson Ambassador Hotel, Paris Opéra is located in the center of the Opera Quarter, on Boulevard Haussmann in the 9th district. The building offers the 16 Haussmann restaurant, The Lindbergh Bar named after Charles Lindberg, 8 meeting rooms and a business centre, and a fitness area. The hotel will undergo an extensive renovation which will be completed by2010. The Radisson Hotel Paris La Défense will be built in the upcoming business district La Défense. The property is located close to the city centre and a 5 minutes drive away from Champs-Elysées. The new hotel will be located close to the subway station Esplanade de La Défense, at the intersection between two main highways, A14 and A86, which provide easy access to the ring and the international airport Charles de Gaulle. It will offer over 20 floors and 343 rooms and suites.
