CB Richard Ellis arranged more than 80,000 square feet of retail and garage leases at the Manhattan House on behalf of O’Connor Capital Partners. Among the 30,000 square feet in long-term, ground-floor transactions leased at the 550-unit residential complex at 200 East 66 Street, CBRE signed tenants Lululemon Athletica, ALDO Shoes, Staples Express, and reconfigured space for Madame Paulette. In addition, CBRE arranged a long term lease with Icon Parking Systems for the building’s entire 55,000-square-foot parking garage. Manhattan House is a five-building, 22-story residential complex located between Second and Third Avenues, now undergoing a $1.1 billion condominium conversion.
