Macy's Plans New Store in Sarasota

Macy's Inc. announced plans today to open a Macy’s store at the University Town Center development in Sarasota, Fla. The groundbreaking on the 150,000-square-foot, two-level store is planned for fall 2009, with completion scheduled for 2010. University Town Center is being developed by The Forbes Co., The Taubman Co. and Benderson Development Co.
