Woolbright Development Breaks Ground on 155,000SF Florida Shopping Center

Woolbright Development broke ground on the 155,000-square-foot Valencia Square, located at the northwest corner of Jog Road and Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach, Fla. The Mediterranean designed shopping center will offer an extensive tenant mix including Publix, DryClean USA, David & Company, Bagelsteins, Wachovia Bank and Fifth Third Bank.  Valencia Square is expected to open in late 2008.
