Cushman & Wakefield Retained as Leasing Agency for Atlanta Mixed-Use Development

Cushman & Wakefield said today that Davison's Downtown L.L.C. has appointed the firm as exclusive leasing agent for 180 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Ga. Formerly home to Macy's, the building is currently undergoing major renovations. Cushman's brokerage professionals Kirk Williams, Dean McNaughton, Peter Glover and Erika Schanke are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Built in 1927, the 8-story, 535,000-square-foot property is located on Peachtree Street across from Ellis Street. The redevelopment project will convert three floors into multi-tenant retail. The upper five floors have been converted to office use. The retail space is connected to the 73-story Westin hotel, and is directly across the street from The Ritz Carlton and The Ellis Hotel.
