Voit Commercial Brokers 6 Lease Transactions in Orange County

Voit Commercial Brokerage has directed six lease transactions totaling in Orange County, Calif., the company said today. Leiner Health Products L.L.C. has signed a five-year lease for a 54,060 square-foot industrial property at 7442 Orangewood Avenue in Garden Grove. Voit Commercial represented the lessor, Walton CWCA Garden Grove 62 L.L.C. CB Richard Ellis represented Leiner Health Products. Visiogen Inc. has signed a five-year lease for a 26,462 square-foot industrial property  at 2 Goodyear, Suite B in Irvine.  Voit Commercial represented the lessor, New Goodyear Ltd.  CB Richard Ellis represented Visiogen. G3 Enterprises Inc. signed a 39-month lease for a 154,818-square-foot industrial property at 214 Wieland Ave. in Modesto. APM Global Logistics USA has signed a five-year lease for a 9,632-square-foot office property at 680 Knox Street, Suite 200 in Torrance. Sanmina USA Inc. has signed a three-year lease for a 72,501-square-foot industrial property at 20091 Ellipse in Foothill Ranch. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America Inc. has signed a three-year lease for a 28,800-square-foot industrial property at 7397 Doig Drive in Garden Grove.
