Trammell Crow Buys San Diego Office Complex

Trammell Crow Co.’s Private Equity Group has purchased a 49,347-square-foot, two-story office building in the Torrey Pines submarket in San Diego, Calif. The firm plans to renovate and update the asset to be positioned as either class A office space or lab/biotech space for single and multi-tenant uses. Located off Genesee Avenue, just west of Interstate 5, the 2.75-acre site offers views of Torrey Pines Valley and the UC San Diego Park. Constructed in 2001, the building features 24,674-square-foot floorplates, 9' ceiling heights with acoustical system and ample parking. CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego office will be responsible for marketing and leasing the asset.
