Cassidy & Pinkard to Spearhead Leasing, Management at Ashburn Property

MRP Realty has tapped Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers to head up management and leasing responsibilities at Corporate Campus @Ashburn Center, a new office/flex campus in Ashburn, Va. Located on a 15-acre parcel about 30  miles from Washington, D.C., the complex consists of three single-story structures totaling nearly 194,700 square feet. MRP spent $35 million to develop the project.
