Baker & Daniels L.L.P. has opened an office at 311 South Wacker in Chicago, Ill. The law firm signed a long-term sublease with GE Capital for the entire 21,545 square-foot floor. The firm is expected to move into its new location by the end of the month. Studley represented Baker & Daniels in the transaction. GE Capital was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The complex includes 13 buildings totaling about 1.1 million square feet in the northwest submarket of that city, not far from the JJ Pickle Research Campus of the University of Texas at Austin, a center for electronic, aerospace, mechanical, petroleum and environmental-health engineering research.
