Software Firm Stakes a Claim to 15,000SF in Cambridge
May 14, 2008

Allurent Inc. has just signed a lease with Transatlantic Investment Management Inc. for a 15,000-square-foot space at the 114,400-square-foot American Twine Building in Cambridge. The transaction paves the way for the e-commerce software developer's relocation and expansion of its headquarters. Located at 222 Third St., the four-story office structure was originally developed in 1875, and sits less than three miles from Allurent's current digs at 50 Church St. Real estate services firm Colliers Meredith & Grew represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
