Pyramid Apartments Sold for $30M in Las Vegas

The Bentley Group Real Estate Advisors announces the sale of Pyramid Apartments, a 304-unit apartment complex in North Las Vegas, Nev., located at 7055 East Lake Mead Boulevard. Heritage Associates, a San Francisco-based investment company bought the property from National Commercial Ventures, an investment firm based in Los Angeles for $30 million. The Bentley Group, represented both buyer and seller.
