527,000SF Suburban Atlanta Mixed-Use Project Makes Debut

Cousins Properties Inc. has just swung open the doors of The Avenue Forsyth, the company's 527,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Forsyth County. Sited at the intersection of Georgia 400 and Peachtree Parkway just outside of Atlanta, The Avenue's tenant roster is 70 percent full, featuring a list of retailers that includes AMC Avenue Forsyth 12, Ann Taylor Loft ,Barnes & Noble and  Circuit City, as well as outparcel occupants CVS, Rd Robin and SunTrust. The open-air pedestrian friendly development also features 64,000 square feet and at full build-out carries a development price tag of about $250 million.
