Stryker Corp., a Michigan-based medical-device manufacturer, said Friday that it has received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration with regard to quality issues at its manufacturing plant in Hopkinton, Mass.

That letter cited observations made in September and listed concerns about the handling of a clinical study. The company said it was planning to take corrective action at the plant in response to the letter.
