Most projects within the fund's purvue lie in Maryland's Interstate 270 corridor, Scheer president and founder Robert Scheer told the Washington Business Journal. He added that these properties are a combination of existing buildings, some partially leased, and others that the partnership intends to convert to research and development facilities.
