Six Industrial Deals Close in Orange County

Voit Commercial Brokerage has had its hands full, recently wrapping up six property sales in Orange County. The real estate services firm assisted M2 Properties in the disposition of five office and industrial condominiums at Von Karman Center in Irvine. Totaling nearly 19,300 square feet, the condos were sold to Lisa Farmer and Fred Totah, who were represented by Grubb & Ellis in the deal. Voit also represented Windstar Group in the sale of a 23,900-square-foot industrial property in Anaheim to Rey and Janis Harju, who were represented by Centemac Realty.
