Ryan West Business Park Welcomes New Tenant to 72,600SF Space

Concluding its search for a larger home, QuietFlex Manufacturing Co. has settled on 72,600 square feet of space at Ryan West Business Park in Tolleson, Ariz., a move that will nearly triple its manufacturing space. Located under 15 miles from Phoenix at 8313 W. Pierce Street, Ryan West is a 228,200-square-foot industrial building that that was developed just over one year ago. When QuietFlex relocates from its current 25,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Phoenix late this month, the building will have an occupancy level of 68 percent. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the flexible air duct manufacturer in the eight-year lease deal with property owner Liberty Property Trust, which was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
