Quaker Signs 698,000 SF Lease near San Francisco

The Buzz Oates Group of Cos. recently negotiated a lease with Quaker Sales and Distribution Inc. for a 698,000-square-foot distribution facility at 1566 North MacArthur in Tracy, Calif, it has reported. Tracy is 60 miles inland from San Francisco. Quaker Sales and Distribution Inc., a division of PepsiCo., will use the space to distribute and store products such as Gatorade, Tropicana and PepsiCo beverages.
