Mitsubishi Digital Takes Space in Duke’s Park 85 at Braselton in Atlanta

Duke Realty Corp. has leased 265,000 square feet of industrial/distribution space to Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Inc. at Park 85 at Braselton in Atlanta’s Northeast submarket.  The lease brings the 1 million-square-foot distribution building to full occupancy. Mitsubishi Digital will use the facility for distribution and repairs of televisions and other electronics.  The firm is relocating to Park 85 at Braselton from another Braselton-area property and plans to occupy its new location in July. Mitsubishi Digital was represented by Demetri Koutrouvelis, Laurent Myers and Adam Singer of Studley's Washington, D.C., regional offices along with Ted Haley of Studley's Atlanta office.

Storm Properties sold approximately 545,000 square feet of its industrial real estate portfolio to TA Associates Realty for more than $52 million. A total of 13 industrial properties located in Los Angeles and San Diego counties were sold.
