Tech Firm Renews Lease of Orange County Home

TechSpace will be able to call the buildings at 65 and 75 Enterprise in Aliso Viejo, Calif., home for quite some time now that the company has signed a long-term lease with property owner RREEF. TechSpace, a provider of full-service office facilities and corresponding infrastructure and IT services, will continue to occupy 90,000 square feet within two buildings at the 1.8 million-square-foot Summit Office Campus through 2017 under a contract valued at $25 million. The company plans to renovate its digs, making upgrades to its café and common areas, as well as reconfiguring office accommodations. Real estate services firm Grubb & Ellis Inc. represented TechSpace in the transaction, while CB Richard Ellis Co. stood in for the landlord.
