Falcon Buys Heidelberg's Suburban Atlanta HQ in $23M Sale-Leaseback

Acting on behalf of a private overseas investor, Falcon Real Estate acquired the headquarters of Heidelberg U.S.A. in Kennesaw, Ga., for $23 million as part of a 1031 Exchange. Located about 25 miles from downtown Atlanta, the building was developed in 1994 and expanded to its current size of 175,900 square feet 10 years ago. The printing machinery company will continue to occupy the office and showroom property under an existing long-term lease that is scheduled to expire in 2027.
