ProLogis Prices Convertible Senior Notes

ProLogis has announced it has priced an offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.875 percent convertible senior notes due 2037. It plans to use the money to repay portion of the outstanding balance under its global line of credit, certain other debt and for general corporate purposes.
