Bus Company Signs 49,000SF Lease in Suburban Chicago

National Express, the second largest school bus operator in North America, has signed a long-term lease with Levy Cantera L.L.C. to occupy a nearly 49,000-square-foot call center facility in Warrenville, Ill. Occupying four acres on Weaver Parkway, the nine-year-old structure had been home to payroll and benefits outsourcing concern PayChex. Real estate services firm Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the tenant in the transaction while CB Richard Ellis stood in for the landlord. NEC will take up residence at the property next month.
