CBRE To Market 10-Building Corporate Campus in Ridgefield

CB Richard Ellis Inc. has been named the exclusive sales agent for 36 Old Quarry Road, a10-building complex, consisting of a total of 128,132 square feet located on a 40.35 acre campus in Ridgefield, Conn.  The property also offers further development rights on approximately 12 of these acres, as well as an additional five acres situated on the opposite side of Quarry Road for a total of over 45 acres. The property has access to major financial centers, located  27 miles from Greenwich and 60 miles from New York City, and is easily accessible by the Metro North train station.
