Baltimore City Community College released a Request for Proposals seeking a development firm or team to redevelop the college’s Inner Harbor Campus.  The site proposed for development is at the northwest corner of Lombard Street and Market Place in Downtown Baltimore. Working together with the Baltimore Jewish Council and the City of Baltimore, the College will give consideration to proposals that incorporate the Baltimore Holocaust Memorial by including the existing memorial or an enhanced memorial on the site to be developed. This combined 2.336-acre site offers the opportunity to develop upward of 1 million square feet.
