Behringer Harvard Announces MF Development in Denver

Behringer Harvard has announced its investment in Alexan Prospect, a 400-unit multi-family community slated for construction in the Central Platte Valley, a 120-acre area immediately west of the Denver central business district. Trammell Crow Residential will serve as developer of the project. Current plans include the development of an estimated 367,400 square feet of rentable space.

With most of Livonia Mall's tenants having negotiated lease terminations, the road has been paved for a massive remake of the shopping center just outside of Detroit, Mich., and the Livonia Planning Commission intends to give the plan the once-over on July 15, according to Crain's Detroit Business.

Fox Interactive Media has completed a lease agreement with Lincoln Property Co. and ASB Real Estate Investments to lease 421,000 square feet of office space at the Horizon at Playa Vista project near Los Angeles.
