Shah Joins First Industrial as Leasing Director

First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. has named Nader Shah marketing and leasing director for the Irvine region.  In this role, he will focus on identifying new build-to-suit, development and acquisition opportunities and handling portfolio management and tenant retention.  Most recently, Shah was senior vice president and western regional manager at Higgins Development Partners.
