Hollowell Joins Alvarez & Marsal as a Managing Director

Alvarez & Marsal said today that Richard Hollowell has joined the firm’s real estate advisory services practice as a managing director. He is based in Los Angeles, Calif. With more than 35 years of experience, Hollowell focuses on the evaluation, management and disposition of underperforming residential and commercial real estate related assets. Throughout his career, he has represented and advised federal regulators, pension funds, financial institutions, developers, owners and debtors in distressed real estate situations with a notable recent assignment that included advising one of the nation’s largest pension funds on the performance and integrity of its real estate investments. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Hollowell served as partner-in-charge with Squar Milner Real Estate Services.
