Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers Taps Helminski as National Director, Project, Development Services Group

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers ABR, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker have appointed Gary Helminski (pictured) as national director for project and development services. Helminski will report to Joseph Stettinius Jr., CEO of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.

In this capacity, Helminski will lead the expansion of the consolidated companies' service offerings to include development services, multi-site program management, relocation and move management, and national account project management for both corporate and investor clients.

Helminski brings 25 years of industry experience to the position. Most recently, he served as managing director of the project and development services group at Jones Lang LaSalle.   

"Adding Gary to our team allows us to increase our ability throughout the country to offer a complete line of project and development services, from strategic planning through construction management," Stettinius said in a release.  "Gary's proven ability to develop, grow and operate a client-centric business, as well as his extensive success in winning assignments, will further enhance our ability to address the needs and expectations of our clients."

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers recently completed the consolidation of its ownership structure with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers ABR. The firms formed an entity that completes more than $13 billion in worldwide transactions annually and manages more than $30 billion in real estate.  The holding company's portfolio totals 300 million square feet under property management, 210 million square feet of space for lease, and $5 billion in capital markets transactions annually.

She also chaired of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission for two years during the Clinton administration.
